Objectives:

• To develop competency in conducting a comprehensive patient history taking, including chief complaints, present illness, past medical history, drug history, and social history.

• To enhance the ability to perform a systematic physical examination, covering general assessment, HEENT (Head, Eyes, Ears, Nose, and Throat), cardiovascular, respiratory, abdominal, and musculoskeletal systems.

• To integrate history-taking and physical examination skills for accurate patient assessment, diagnosis, and effective communication in clinical settings.
