
The School of Integrative Medicine, Mae Fah Luang University was established on June 1, 2019, as the 15th school of Mae Fah Luang University. It serves as an academic institution specializing in integrative medicine, offering undergraduate degree programs under Mae Fah Luang University’s educational framework.
The School of Integrative Medicine was founded as a newly independent school, separated from the School of Health Science. Approved on June 1, 2019, it offers three undergraduate programs:
- Bachelor of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine,
- Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and
- Bachelor of Physical Therapy.
Additionally, the school provides three short-term training programs:
- International Training Program of Thai-Lanna Wellness and Spa,
- International Training Program of Integrative Medicine Approach for Health and Wellness Management, and
- Traditional Chinese Medicine Field Training Program.
In the 2020 academic year, plans were made to launch two graduate-level programs:
- Master of Science in Integrative Medicine, and
- Master of Science in Physical Therapy.
Although the School of Integrative Medicine is newly established, its disciplines and programs have been continuously offered under the School of Health Science for years. The school maintains strong academic collaborations with international universities for academic exchange, research, and faculty-student exchanges. Partner institutions include:
- Xiamen University,
- Yunnan University,
- Guangzhou University, and
- School of Natural Product Studies, Jadavpur University.
This collaboration further enhances the academic strength and global recognition of the school.
